You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you\u2019ve specified combined shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then we will go by it. Only when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your inputted shipping details, we will offer the refund. No exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Please note that our company stores products on different warehouses around the country. That means that all your orders may not arrive at once. One product may arrive earlier and the other product later, please check your e-mail for tracking your order.
